Is there a mileage limit?

No. Every B and L rental includes unlimited miles anywhere in California — drive as far as you like with no per-mile fees.

What is the fuel and charge policy?

All rentals are limited fuel / limited charge. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level (or battery charge for EVs) you picked it up with. Otherwise you'll be charged the fuel or charging amount plus a $20 service fee.

Are there cleaning or smoking fees?

Yes. Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside the vehicle carries a $250 fee (in addition to any applicable cleaning fee). Cleaning is billed in tiers based on the vehicle's condition at return — Light $50, Medium $100, Heavy $150, and Deep Cleaning $300. Only one cleaning tier is charged per rental. What insurance is required?

Renters must show proof of active personal auto insurance that transfers to rentals. We verify coverage before releasing the vehicle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Inside 48 hours receives a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Where is pickup and return?

All pickups happen at our Oxnard, CA lot. Exact address and instructions are sent by email and SMS after booking.

Do you deliver vehicles?

Delivery is available within 25 miles of Oxnard for a $45 fee. Contact support to arrange.

What driver documents do I need?

A valid state driver's license (not expired), plus proof of active auto insurance.

Yes. Our EV fleet includes a Tesla Model Y and Chevy Bolt, fully charged at pickup.
